Cancellation Policy
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all 1-to-1 sessions and single (non-class pass) drop-in group classes. Your debit/credit card will be charged at the time of booking your time slot. If you need to cancel, please contact me by phone or email. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your session, you will not be charged. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your session, I will ask you to re-book the session for another time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, you will be charged the full amount (barring emergencies, so please let me know).
